01 Acceptance of Terms

By adding Wuys Bot to your Discord server or using any of the Bot's features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server immediately.

02 Description of Service

Wuys Bot is a versatile Discord bot that provides a wide range of features, including:

• Moderation & Administration: warnings (/warn), bans (/ban), kicks (/kick), message clearing (/clear), timeouts (/timeout).
• Welcome & Goodbye Systems: customizable welcome (/setwelcome) and goodbye (/setgoodbye) messages with variable placeholders.
• Logging: records events such as member join/leave, message delete/edit, bans/kicks, role changes, and more (/setlog, /logtoggle).
• Ticket System: creates private support channels (/ticketpanel).
• Roles & Permissions: auto-roles (/autorole) and reaction roles (/reactionrole).
• Entertainment: fun commands like /rizz, /marry, /checkgay, /memes, /imgmemes, /snapchat, /genbarcodeusername.
• Economy & Casino: Wuys Coins (WC) currency system with commands like /daily, /work, /balance, and games like /blackjack, /slots, /penalty, /coinflipbet.
• Voice Channels: Join-to-Create voice channels (/setjtc) and management commands (/vc rename, /vc lock, etc.).
• Customization: change the Bot's avatar, banner, nickname, and bio per server (/customize).

03 Acceptance of Risk & Underage Users

Risk: the Bot may experience technical issues or disruptions due to Discord API changes. We are not responsible for any damages (data loss, role loss, etc.) resulting from the use of the Bot.

04 User and Administrator Rights

• End Users: you have the right to use public commands of the Bot as long as you comply with these Terms.
• Server Administrators: you have full control over configuring the Bot on your server (setting log channels, ticket panels, etc.). You are responsible for how the Bot is used and configured on your server.

05 Prohibited Conduct

When using the Bot, you must not:

• Use the Bot for any illegal, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory purposes, or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Bot for personal gain (e.g., obtaining Wuys Coins illegitimately).
• Misuse administrative commands (e.g., /ban, /kick) unreasonably or to harass other users.
• Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Bot or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

06 Data and Privacy

Data collected. The Bot collects and stores the following data in its SQLite database and JSON files:

• User and Guild IDs: to associate warnings, economy accounts, marriages, server settings, etc.
• Message Content: for logging purposes and ticket transcripts (stored as HTML files).
• Economy Data: wallet and bank balances, transaction history (cooldowns, casino statistics).

Purpose of use. Data is used exclusively to operate the Bot's features (e.g., displaying balances, managing warnings, logging events).

Data sharing. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except for hosting service providers (if applicable).

Access rights. You have the right to request deletion of your data from our system (see Section 7).

07 Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to request the deletion of all your data from the Bot, please submit a request to the Bot Owner via Discord (usually the creator of the Bot). We will delete records related to you within a reasonable time frame after verifying your identity.

08 Limitation of Liability

• The Bot is provided "as-is" and we make no warranties regarding performance, accuracy, or continuous availability of the Service.
• In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Bot.

09 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes become effective will be deemed as your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.
